Delicious is an informational cookbook featuring a variety of forageable species native to the Ohio River Valley region.

The book combines design elements from familiar resources such as cook-books, family recipe cards, and scientific reference materials to create a more comfortable educational experience. Delicious is structured to be useful in several ways, but its chief purposeis to illuminate the native food resources available to us, and the importance of developing a sustainable, informed relationship to them. This book was part of the DAAPworks 2022 capstone and thesis exhibition, and featured recipe and seasonal calendar cards for viewers to take home.
